How to keep quality consistent:

1 We have internal SOP for each customer's requirements

2 We have production SPEC printed and posted on site for each product

3 A kick-up meeting will be held before each new products' production

4 We have a confirmed mass production sample showed on site for each product

5 Our QC manager need to monitor all the CCP every hour to avoid the major issue

6 Online QC will always keep inspecting the appearance, weight, size, etc .and give feedback to the production in time

7 All the Raw Materials will be inspected before entering the warehouse

8 All the finished products will be randomly inspected before entering the warehouse and before loading

9 We have stable supply chain system, which will ensure the consistent quality of the raw material

 

How to provide better service to our customers:

1 Shipment on time: We will make a detailed production plan before taking orders, leaving enough buffer for possible equipment maintenance, holidays, sudden water and power off and other issues during the production process.

2 Fluent Communication: All our staff have English Major and Food Production background; we can have better understanding of customers ‘requirement and will communicate efficiently with our production.

3 We work with a variety of clients globally, so we are very familiar with their operational processes and requirements, allowing us to provide necessary and even value-added services more effectively.
